Last year when they were doing the foundation of our neighbor, they dug too close to our fence that they exposed the concrete footings plus dug out part of our front lawn close to our house pathway. Thus this year everthing is now leaning away from the house and concrete cracking. Told them issue while they are still doing the work but they just ignored us, even saying that our fence is encroaching the neighbor's lot, causing us to panic and have to call my developer, neighbor's developer to verify. Comparing my site plan to my existing structures, turns out that we are correct! But they still ignored and continued on their way. Now we have to rectify the damage that they cause, to my expense of course. This company does not care.

Did the concrete job in my backyard. The work was done quickly and in a high quality manner. Everything would be fine, but ... Topsoil removed for concreting was left as hefty pile in the middle of the yard, in addition, they left a heap of garbage on the neighbor's yard. In short, the impression of a good job is negated by negligence.
