Overall this is a really good practice. I've always been seen very quick for appointments and most doctors here are great. I've seen Dr Murray-Brown, Dr Patel & also Dr Anderson. Very high praises for Dr Murray-Brown & Dr Patel, as they are fantastic! but found Dr Anderson quite rude and I definitely will be ensuring, that I have no further visits with him. Receptionists are also always very warm & helpful! :)

I have had a terrible experience with some of the reception staff at this surgery. I have been spoken to abruptly and rudely on the phone. The G.P's make decision regarding my treatment without consulting me, they will just stop medication. I have complained and raised my concerns, however, I felt I was met with a wall of resistant's. I would encourage others who feel the same way to write a review, raise your concerns and lets be heard.

Very good on communication and quality of service from everyone who works at this practice. Very impressive for the volumes of patients who use this surgery. Great attention to detail gives you confidence they have your health and well being truly as their priority
