Bad company my mothers account got hacked in 2019 and they’re still trying to make my mother pay for what she never ordered they said they wouldn’t charge her and the case was settled as it wasn’t mum buying the goods on Thursday just gone my mother got a letter from debt collectors asking to pay up and again mum got stressed out as the debt company wouldn’t give details to her on what the debt was for and told them she will not pay as it wasn’t her debt to pay and explained that she was told by JD that her account was hacked and used fraudulently JDwilliams are nothing but compulsive liars and don’t care in the world for innocent people who become victims of fraudsters the company should be investigated or just shutdown cos they lie and don’t care for their customers safety

having dealt with this company for many years , i returned a pair of slippers i paid 30 that that wore out after a couple of months at that price they should have lasted a lot longer. when returned they were sent back to me saying i have only 28 days to try them how unfair is this to a customer of many years talk about customer loyalty . no more orders from me.

Items arrived broken, really disappointed, cant get through to customer services. Wont be ordering again.

An Absolutely appalling company, both chairs in parcels were delivered damaged. Products were packaged with no buffer inside to protect the items, they blame the courier company for mishandling which is incorrect. Then they demand that I re-purchase another set of chairs before they refund me when I asked for an exchange; I have lost faith. Will not recommend nor order from them again.
