A massive thank you to the lovely staff at Heathcote's who were all amazing in helping to plan our mom's funeral. We had the funeral last week and everything went great and better than expected and we gave our mom the send off she deserved. Even our interactions with Heathcote's after the ceremony, to collect the ashes etc, was all smooth. The fact that they live streamed her service and have said they will keep it online at our request, is the icing on the cake for this lovely business. They gave us the most fair quote out of 8 which we got and they were the best choice for us. Would recommend to anyone.

I would echo the experiences of the previous reviewers of Heathcotes. From start to finish we couldn't have asked for more. The death of our mum at home was harrowing, but from making the first phone call we were helped by the compassion and professionalism of the Heathcote family. Our mum Jean was treated with respect and dignity from collecting her body to returning her ashes. Mum died in October and her funeral took place in the midst of changing covid regulations. Heathcote’s ensured we were fully aware of what was and wasn’t possible during this even more challenging time. I am hesitant to add the following as I don’t want arranging the funeral of someone you love to sound like the purchase of a new car. When making decisions on what we wanted for our mum, the options and extras were explained to us with absolutely no pressure to pay for any more than the standard funeral price. This price was clearly laid out with no hidden costs and I have been told by others that this isn’t always the experience, at this vulnerable and distressing time. I lost my Father, Mr Harvey Brown at the end of last year, I found all the lovely members of staff to be so very helpful and sympathetic at this time of great sadness. With the help of all staff my Father had a lovely send off, and all requests made by me went above and beyond what I asked for. Thank you all very much for making a sad time easier.
