Visited today to collect a repeat prescription. I phoned a few days before and was told it would be Friday. Phoned on Friday to ask if it was okay to collect and was told it would be ready when it got there. Had to queue outside for 10 minutes due to covid restrictions and then when I got inside had to wait another 5 minutes only to then be told they didn't have it as the delivery expected didn't turn up. Why did no one think to check stock when it was clear I was making a special journey. This isn't the first time it's happened to me either. I once saw a very frail old lady in there who was told her prescription wasn't available and she was quite clearly in no position to just pop back another day and collect it. Luckily another customer in there offered to help her and collect and deliver her prescription for her layer. Also the covid measures in place are not being adhered to. There is a sign on the door that indicates one person in the pharmacy at a time but the reality inside is that there are people hanging around waiting for their prescriptions to be dispensed. Surely there must be a better way of handling this? It's 2021 and you should really think about having better systems and processes in place and using technology to better serve your customers. I've now signed up with Lloyds online and I'll have my prescription delivered to me from now on.

Phoned up for advice regarding a repeat prescription and they could not have been more help. All sorted out over the phone in 5 minutes. Exceedingly good service, friendly staff and always helpful.

Expedited my painkiller prescription after I'd run out of medication. Following a phone call to the pharmacy to request an urgent delivery the medication was delivered to my door less than an hour later.....much to my relief.

Absolutely no idea of confidentiality. All customers wait in different places in the shop including at or on the counter. Privacy does not occur to any staff. I avoid at every chance i get. When I've said something all they say is well you could ask to go into the private room. - you know the goldfish bowl next to the counter . They need to set up a #wait here # queue here system, and politely ask patients who have been served to step away from the counter. This is not rocket science folks. If i could aware zero stars i would.
