Excellent service and very reasonable price. We needed a replacement integrated dishwasher and they had one in stock that fitted the bill. I could have got it a little bit cheaper on the internet from somewhere I'd never heard of, but would have to fit it myself, so decided to get it from DAR, delivered, fitted and old one taken away. Jamie and Mark did a great job, friendly and helpful, spent a while making sure the wooden door panel was level etc. All in all, very pleased with the service, and glad I spent just a little bit more for a professional job.

Our Bosch fridge/freezer was becoming unreliable after 21 years service so I phoned DAR to check on a new one. I called last Friday afternoon, went into the shop to take a look and they offered to cool down the freezer before delivery so we could transfer our frozen food immediately. This was very thoughtful and helpful and it was delivered as promised on Monday morning and the old one taken away. Excellent service at a competitive price and pleasant, friendly delivery by Jamie and Mark. We have had all our appliances from DAR for the last 25 years or so and always found them reliable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

DAR responded very promptly to look at our dead dishwasher, however, it took several weeks of prompting to find there were no spares available. Hence only 4 stars. Having decided to buy a new machine it was quickly delivered and expertly installed by Jamie and Mark. A great deal of trouble was taken to make sure the fit and finish were to the highest standard. Thank you, we would definitely recommend you and use you again.
Excellent to get a same-day repair instead of a replacement. Better on the pocket and the environment. Serious fault on our washing machine replaced for less than 100. Efficient, prompt and professional service from Jamie. Delighted. Thank you.
