For over twelve months we've been regularly receiving mail from Prospect inviting us to sell our property through them, or asking us to respond to a specific query one of their negotiators has about our property, despite never even asking them for a valuation in the first place. Their marketing tactics are questionable and their staff tick every box on the stereotypical estate agent checklist. I'm sure their tactics are effective if you choose to list your property with them, but you shouldn't have to be subject to continual badgering when you don't

Was on the market with another agent in Maidenhead. After a week they only had two viewing. I called Prospect and spoke to Jordan he was amazing and very professional. Jordan came out to my property the same day and took photos. After a day of marketing the property they were able to get 7 viewing booked in. Once all 7 viewing took place Prospect were able to get three offers from three very good tenants. Would recommend to any landlord in the SL6 area

I've been letting my property through Prospect for some time and as they have always looked after it so well I decided to speak to them about potentially selling, despite them securing me a new tenant in what felt like a matter of minutes. I wasn't overly hopeful as the property needed some updating however I spoke to Ryan at the Maidenhead branch and agreed to let him have the property for 4 weeks to see if he could secure a sale, he in turn marketed the property and found a buyer within 2 weeks. Throughout the initial process Ryan was up front and told me what to expect, I didn't feel that he was pushing me into anything and communication was regular and very open. I would be happy to recommend Prospect for both letting and sales as I've always had nothing but great service from them.

Simply put they are the best. My mother died in June and as Executor I called on 3 Estate Agents to value her house. I was fortunate to have Ryan Tucker from Prospect Maidenhead visit. He has been highly professional from the outset and was the only one who gave a realistic assessment in valuing the house. Despite Propects fees being slight higher than the other agents, I definitely made the right choice in choosing Prospect. Ryan and his team have worked very hard to sell my mothers house and we now have a buyer. Throughout I have been given immediate feedback following viewings. I have also been provided with excellent advice and support, in what has been a very difficult and stressful sale due to the behaviour of other family members. If you want an Estate Agent that provides a quality service then use Prospect at Maidenhead.
