Fantastic customer service from the warehouse as well as customer services. I spoke to two advisors (both called Claire) at approx. 9am in the morning. Ordered a costume straight away online and collected my order from very lovely, helpful and accommodating staff the the warehouse, by 10.15am! A1 service from all of the staff that I had contact with.

Lovely customer service. They didn't have the costume I was looking for but really tried hard to locate it. Friendly staff, with lots of different choices and ideas prices pretty much the same as other places I'd looked at.
