They are a good agency altogether. The team seem to know what they are doing as every job I have worked in has been to the exact description I have been told about. I have seen them be very busy but still able to help me with my queries throughout my employment. The manager and staff have always been very welcoming to me and if I have any problems I can speak to them about this. Amazing! Proud to work for them.

The go to agency for my ad hoc requirements. Quest Employment seem to be able to offer all of the services that i require on a very short timescale. I have had occasions where one of the consultants have personally picked up staff and brought them to my warehouse within 30 minutes of me calling. I would personally like to thank Jamie White for his professional approach to recruitment in a whole. He has always found me the correct calibre of staff that i am looking for and 90% of these candidates are now my permanent staff.

This place should be rated with 0! They make people waste time, they’ll tell you something else on phone & something else in the office. They lost my documents after first registration with them & after 3 weeks I went there for induction details but I was told to do registration again, afterwards I have called them more than 20 times in a month but every time they ask for your name & contact details to get back to you which they never do, bcz they are not only non-professional & also not responsive & arrogant. Please find competent people to work or just shut down this store.
