Seemed really nice at first but turned out to be a liar and thief. He clearly didn’t know how to do the job he was hired for as the sample he presented was a joke, had excuse after excuse for being late and ultimately stopped answering and stole everything. Also demanded payment in advance, and due to time constraints I agreed, but that should’ve been a red flag. Look at the other reviews... don’t waste your time or money.

Bad place. Chris hit on my wife and daughter and never gave us our product after paying him.

Terrible service, worse quality, Chris will take your money and never return your calls. Don’t risk it.

Terribly unprofessional. We received the worst service from owner Chris Rossi. He would not give us an indication of pricing or even a price range without a sample, even when other reputable manufacturers could with photos and specs. We reluctantly sent the sample with a prepaid UPS return package which he “lost”. One week after receiving our sample he declined to take on our project and stopped replying to emails. I had to re-send emails and call him numerous times asking if our sample had been sent back. After one month and multiple excuses and lies for the delay in returning our sample he advises he has lost our sample and is looking for it. Hard to believe a purse manufacturer could lose a purse from a potential client. I’ve sent him a bill in the hopes to receive my sample back or at least what I paid for my original sample. Definitely will not be doing business with him or his company ever!
