Quick smooth and clean install. Super communication and easy to get hold off via email. Cheapest provider by far. Especially for rural non fibre areas!

Very happy to improve my BT speed of 0.4mbps to 50 mbps with bluebox. Yes it has been tough to get through on the phone but my engineer (mark) was superb. On time with a clean and tidy job. Very helpful and informative on WiFi improvements throughout the house too. Highly recommended for anyone has no access to the fibre network

We’ve had issues with bluebox for almost 15 years! We live in an area where there are no better alternatives unfortunately. Throwing good money after bad!

If there was a lower rating I would give it. Terrible customer service experience today!! Company will take no responsibility for lack of service or failing to provide contingency for a planned NIE outage! Notification that the outage was happening would have at least given customers a chance to make alternative arrangements when working from home in the current times. But being told by a customer service agent following the outage, \I have just told you what is wrong. What do you want me to do about it!\ Was the icing on the cake.

Called three weeks ago to report that the remote control software that allows staff to work from home had stopped working on the Bluebox connection at a business clients premises. Bluebox said they were going to make a small change to the connection and that I should test it in 10 minutes and if it didn't fix it, then to call them back and they would have to send someone onsite. I called them back and the person who answered didn't have a clue what the previous person said. They said they would send it to their network engineering team. I explained that it has to be a router problem as the remote software was working for the previous 6 months. After 2 days of not hearing back from them, I called them and again they said the network engineering team was working on it and would call me back. I asked them to send me any details across by email that I would require for installing a new router. The email never arrived. I called back and asked it to be sent to a second email address and that email never arrived either. Called back again and 24 hours later I received the details at the first email address I gave them. As I seem to care about their clients internet connection more than they do, I replaced the router myself and not surprisingly, the remote software started working immediately. After 3 weeks I still haven't heard back from them. This is the first bad review I've ever left. I will be recommending that any of my clients and neighbours that use Bluebox should look into getting another ISP as soon as possible as their support service is not fit for purpose for playing online games, nevermind clients who use it for business purposes. The so called etwork engineering team\, which probably doesn't exist, still haven't called or even tried to fix the problem. There is no need for any company to provide such terrible customer service, it's the worst service I've seen by far in over 25 years of working closely with dozens of ISPs.
