The customer service is the worst I have known. No one answers the phone despite lots of attempts on different numbers , no emails are returned and totally all ignored .Please do not use this company!

The worst utility provider in history. To get the correspondence that they are required to provide by law will take you approximately: 15 phone calls and 10 e-mails. Nobody ever calls back - neither account managers, nor their superiors. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Avoid conducting business with them like plague.
