Extremely unhelpful worker called carol or Karen gave false information after I waited for some help. Bad attitude and could have just done her job to print me a form instead of referring me online (which I already knew about) but clearly she’s not equipped or bothered to do her job otherwise she wouldn’t be lazy and refer me to a number that doesn’t work as well as giving out false information

The manager of this establishment a gentleman called Mark, is unhelpful, rude and could do with some customer care training. The fact that the manager does not care gives you an idea of the quality of service to be expected from this office.
to get thru to the right person took me all day. Firs I was waiting in the queue for 45 minutes, when I finally was on position 1 to speak to someone person who pick up the phone hung up on me straight away. After another hour I managed to speak to someone who was useless and I am not sure what she was doing there and what she get paid for. Third time lucky I managed to speak to the guy called Tom which was really nice and helpful and said he will send me what I wanted and letters will be with me within a week. 6 months later I am still waiting. I am dreading to call again and speak to haringay council advisors. I am living at Waltham forest council now and I managed to get throu them straight away, staff was very helpful straight away and I received what I wanted within 3 days.
