Super service. They've got a great machine to see how you stand to know what you need, as well as doing a test to see if you pronate. Michael there is really helpful and insightful. I've been twice now and got plenty of gear to help me with my marathon training. You can also use the Richmond card to get 10% off :) I'll be coming here from now on for my running needs!
I recently went into the Sporting Feet shop in Richmond on the off chance that they would have Brooks Ghost 13's. I was really surprised and impressed with the service and level of detail the manager went through to ensure I had a perfectly fitted pair of running shoes. I would recommend this to anyone. Couldn't fault the service. Was looking for trail running shoes & the staff were pleasant & knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect shoe. Conducted a gait analysis, was taken thru what it meant and options in terms of fit etc. Came away very happy.
Truly excellent experience at the shop. I went to buy a pair of running shoes. The young man who served was great. He checked and assessed my size, posture and what i was looking for. He then made recommendations for me to try out and reasons for them. The first shoes I wore fitted and felt like a dream. So happy. They even called me later to confirm an enquiry I had. A great customer service and after care. Felt really looked after.
