Paul was very friendly and easy to deal with in helping us choose a piano for our family. He is obviously very knowledgeable and seemed to suss out what we needed right away. I am delighted with my Yamaha U1 which arrived 4 days after purchase!
Paul was truly incredible throughout my whole journey in purchasing and custom-finishing my amazing bespoke Bechstein V grand piano. I was introduced to Paul and Renaissance thorough a mutual contact that had just purchased a piano and was very satisfied. I was very specific in what I wanted especially for the finish of the piano and after researching and contacting other companies in the area, Paul was by far the most informative and helpful in what I wanted to achieve. Paul did all the running around for me, as I live abroad, visited potential pianos that fitted my brief and kept me up to speed every step of the way. He was extremely professional in all aspects.
