Absolutely the worst place I have ever been. Over priced, under staffed and the ones they have should be sacked! Typical Plumbcenter, wait 45 mins to be served for the chap behind the counter to be completely disinterested. You don’t know if they have heard what you want as there is no response, they just get up and walk away... if you can shop elsewhere I would highly recommend you do, this place is not even a last resort!

Went in today just before closing and got served very swiftly and polity by a new guy. Told him I would give 5 stars after saying what a low rating it had received, let's hope this is the future.
This is the worst place I have ever been. The man who serves you should be sacked, thickest man I have ever met and the pace of a sloth.It Takes about 30 mins to get some PTFE tape because he called it PIffy tape, I do not know how he is employed.
the utterly rudest and least customer focussed customer resenting branch of any shop I've had the misfortune to have to use. Allow at least half an hour to be served regardless of the time of day or how busy or otherwise they are. the absolute opposite to the croyden branch.
Absolutely useless been in here for over an hour waiting to get max 10 fittings, staff are pathetic not enough people serving and the staff that are haven't got a clue
Under staffed, 90 minutes wait 7/8 people sitting on there arse in the office not even helping out on the counter Disappointing is an understatement To many chiefs - I wouldn't use this branch unless I have too :-(
