Terrible service Placed an order that was meant to be ready in 15 mins, got delayed and then when we arrived at the new time, no one was there, we rang the bell for more than 10 mins and then a guy came out and basically said he didn't hear us and we couldn't have been in for a long time. He then pulled out his CCTV to prove it but as he knew we were there he wouldn't show us and argued with us instead of serving my food. I then tell him what I ordered, and he makes snide remarks, so I ask to cancel and leave. He says that’s fine by him but wouldn't cancel my order and refused to, saying 'you find a way'. I had to call the parent company to get my order cancelled, would steer far away if you want a good time when you eat.

The restaurant is a really nice place. The service is slow, great place to kill time if you are not in a rush for food or just want a place to chat and chill, the customer service is super slow. One time I had to go to the kitchen to ask the guy for assistance. The food is really tasty as we had 2x fish and chips and 2 drinks which came to roughly 21. For that same amount you can literally go to down the end of road and get 4 fish and chips and better service. Let’s be honest for that price you can get better from the cafe next door. You are literally paying for the fancy decor and nice clean tables and seating area. Also they served the fish and chips on a wooden board which had so many wooden splinters shooting out of it, you literally will be going home ill.We asked for it to be in plates of which we transferred ourselves as the guy walked off. The Customer service was super slow or quick to take the money slow to get a response. However despite it's fault, the food was tasty and came in a big portion and chips comes in small portion, the atmosphere is peaceful and clean. Great for a long lunch, or chill out catchup or meeting session. Not recommended if you are in a rush or looking for good price value.

The food was good but service suffered somewhat. Took a long time for drink, including just water, to get to our table. Doubt I will be back, at least until Covid is properly under control, if they're still around then.

Nice chicken and mushroom pie. Good service. Would recommend this place.

Professional service, nice menu of different pies. Always well presented. Good place to go if your in a small group. Parking bit of a problem before 6:30 pm. Its cash only, they don't take card. Cash machine not too far away.
