I needed my Phoenix mk 2 servicing. There are air gunsmiths closer to me, but when the place that made it is less than a hundred miles away, that is when you go back to source. The price was very reasonable, the turnround tone likewise. But the expertise is what I was paying for, the unequalled knowledge in the construction and servicing of my rifle. The staff were exceptionally l pleasant and helpful, indeed as I wanted spare valves and pellets a deal was worked out that was superb value. This is a proper airgun shop, with decades of knowledge and experience, the process are keen, indeed on some things very competitive indeed. The service was exemplary and I will return...

dropped gun in to be fixed. only realised when i took it apart myself to see an internal part that was broken hadn't been replaced. charged me for repair regardless.

Went in to buy our first air rifles as we wanted to take up the sport. The advice we received and the time taken to explain to us the pros and cons of different rifles and calibres was excellent. Eventually bought 2 Remington express rifles and went home to construct a target box (great advice given about this as well) and have started to hit the target. Great customer service.
