First of all, this place keeps raising the bar with not just their products but presentation. The package arrived quickly and they use DPD which a massive bonus, because they're reliable. The box in which the products came in is fully versatile and recyclable, enclosed with useful info about their shop and CBD in general. I got a cartridge for my silo vape in sour space candy, my favourite flavour. The stirrer from Hempress rising is always a treat and they're even better in milkshakes. And finally I'll get to try the coffee which has been on my list for a while, but trust this will also be a game changer. Thank you Otherside for keeping it safe, cool, simple and most importantly, keeping it always high and tight!

Bought this on their website, Moxie Dart with Lime cuties flavour CBD capsule. One of my colleagues got it from them too as she’s dealing with stress and anxiety like me so I gave it a go, also they have 50% off on this brand right now. Just arrived in 24h and from the first minute I started to feel the benefits, flavour was intense and felt really nice but it was degraded in just 48h. As it’s the first time I was using it a though it as normal even though I was not vaping more that 12 times a day (5 seconds each.) so I did my research and it turns out that the capsule came empty that’s why it was degraded in 48h and tasted like burn. I was surprised after spending that money that usually costs 40 for each capsule but I’ve got 50% off so I paid 20 but still, it’s should last at least a couple of weeks or three. Send them a couple of emails explaining the situation with a picture attached to it and I got a reply the same day, the manager agreed to send me a new capsule free of charge as it was defective so I drove to the store that is located in the beautiful area of Portobello Road and picked up my replacement and also bought another one for next month. The staff was so amazingly nice, also the store had a beautiful atmosphere with the right lightning and right background music, it was perfectly clean to the spot (I think that it’s said like that), I felt so welcomed and felt that I was really important for them even though I was there for an exchange, sorry I did not get the names but I was there about 5:00 PM on Friday 26th of June 2020 (yesterday). Thank you so so so much for your incredible customer care, as usually, customers like me that use this kind of products we already dealing with stress issues and that helps a lot. I’m totally going to keep buying monthly and recommend your store to everyone. THANK YOU!
