Absolutely shocking experience. I bought a box of Christmas pralines as a little present for my sister. When she tried them and bit into one, it turned out that they were MOULDY from the inside! I couldn’t believe it, the best before date was the 31st Dec! I have sent 2 emails as well and got zero response, so really bad customer service apart from the disgusting state of the chocolates! I don’t want to even start thinking about the health implications!

Outside of Paris, Belgium and Switzerland, this place is the finest chocolate establishment in London. You will not find a finer and more delicious hot chocolate elsewhere. It is recommended that you return more than once like I do, to sample the extensive hot chocolate menu. The hot chocolate itself is not your average watery ‘Insert high street coffee shop chain name here’ hot chocolate. It is almost a thick soup like consistency, truly amazing! Do request the Homemade and delicious chocolate fondant cake to continue your scrumptious chocolate experience at home!

The most delicious oat milk hot chocolate! So yummy! The shop might look like it’s closed (the windows are very dark) even though it’s open. Chocolates are obviously delicious too!
