If I could give it zero I would. We came here to leave my grandad while we were on holiday. Staff member says she knows nothing about dementia and used to be a solicitor, staff couldn’t care less. People are just left waiting to die. Horrible place. Don’t do this to your relative

my friend was here until a place became available. He was here 6 weeks and died he was one of the more able bodied residents there the care was very bad had to complain to get him a shower and he only had one in the 6 weeks he was there. If he rang buzzer it took staff 3 quarters if an hour to answer it also took his wheelchair away as was his only means of moving around. If u complain the staff get nasty. I wouldn't recomend this place for my dog let alone a human the treatment of his belonging after he passed away was discusting. Thrown into bin bags and chucked into a spare room like he was never there. The staff and whoever runs this place need a good shake up I would not recomend u put any of ur loved ones here
