I purchased a fashion item on Farfetch and received a product from this shop. They didn’t send me “Returns note” and” DHL document” which should’ve been sent with the product.Don’t be so lazy to skip the process you have to do. (And Farfetch tells you to do!)I’ve used Farfetch a couple of times and this shop is the only place didn’t send documents.
