I have been going to this place for the past 15 years now and I must say the prices are cheaper then your normal local shops, things like cigarettes and drinks and general household items and they also have items that have offers too, and staff are really good and they do accept request for items you may want.
What is Tesco compared to Krishna Cash And Carry. it is the ultimate shopping experience. The staff are quick to follow up on any requests and are very kind at all times. Very nice people all and all, I recommend that you shop here.
I never had experienced such a bad customer service in my life, every time I used to go there 9 out of 10 times staff always give wrong change. You asked them to do something and they will do it different and today when I went for Pay point top up I was on the first in the queue staff kept me on waiting and started to serve others, and finally I lost my patience and asked why are you serving other customers instead of me? Staff replied Boss told us to serve other customer and ignore Pay point, and when I asked where is the Boss? Staff handed back my cards without topping up and completely ignored me. Definitely I am not going back again.
