I waited in all afternoon but the technician didn't come, because the email requesting a visit went into their spam folder. On the plus side, when I told them they did arrange another visit promptly.

Excellent service. Phoned on Friday, the engineer arrived on Saturday and fixed the oven. Polite and professional - would definitely use again.

I would strongly advise anyone against using this business. Engineer arrived, stayed 2 minutes before saying he wouldn’t be able to fix the oven, despite having had a description of both the fault and model of oven in advance. He departed abruptly and then decided to charge 90 on a credit card, details of which had been given in advance to ‘secure the booking,’ without authorisation or actually doing any work at all. He walked in, looked at the oven, and walked out. A complete disgrace. UPDATE - fortunately you can update google reviews. After I left my bad review above the owner attempted to discredit it by suggesting I was confusing them with another business, or I was never a customer. I was in fact a customer, and it is definitely the correct business. There is no confusion here whatsoever. The fact they attempt to discredit bad reviews says it all. Totally unprofessional on all fronts. I’m glad that google allow you to update reviews so that I can make this clear.
