Excellent service. Laptop screen broke and within 48 hours we had a fully functioning computer with a brand new screen, at a very competitive price (30% cheaper than a local alternative, who also couldn't commit to timescales). Jacob was very helpful and kept us informed of progress, highly recommended. Thanks again!

I see a lot of reviews on the computer repair side of the business, so I thought I give my opinion on the retail side. I went in to buy a pair of earphones, and although they had quite limited stock, they were helpful in informing me about the features of one I chose and aided in my decision. Having got home to try them I am very satisfied with my purchase. I also enquired about their laptops suited for gaming (my current model is 6 years old) and the server gave good advice on new components and what I should be looking for if I were to purchase a new computer. Overall for retail they gave a helpful and efficient sale, resulting in a happy customer.
Excellent service at Computer Trading Ltd in East Sheen. Jacob is very knowledgable and understood the issue immediately over the phone. At the outset, I was given a very reasonable price and less than 2 day time frame. He also updated me by phone and rescued my 9 year-old Macbook from obsolescence! Highly recommended.
Absolutely appalling. My wife left our Mac Book with this community business to be repaired or have the data (comprising of many priceless baby pictures and videos of our two daughters) transferred and saved (depending on what wound be the most economical). Due to unforeseen events, we were unable to pick up the computer for some time. When my wife called to arrange pick up, the shop assistant - Jacob, seemed to take great delight in telling her that the computer had been disposed of (because we hadn’t picked it up on time) and that all the pictures and videos were gone. She collapsed at work as a result. I went in to find out what was going on and was confronted by an extremely aggressive owner (as well as assassin like emotion from the shop assistant) who told me it was within their rights to dispose of the computer because it was part of the terms and conditions. I was speechless. Explaining to the owner that the data was priceless and this is why we had entrusted a community business, he reluctantly and confrontationally told me to come back tomorrow and he would ”see what he could do.”. Thankfully the following day he produced the computer and with it we had the precious pictures and videos back. We were treated inhumanely by this business. We live behind it - they could have easily knocked on our door if they really didn’t have space in the shop for a 15” computer and delivered to us. A horrible experience and shocking how this business and its employee chooses to operate.
