I've received treatment in a fair few places and this is by far the worst medical centre I've ever visited. On entering the building I was greeted by a filthy carpet which was covered in stains which appeared to include burn marks. Once upstairs in the surgery itself much like other reviewers I was spoken to very rudely by the unfriendly and stone faced receptionist who then gestured me away whilst I was filling out their form despite the reception being virtually empty. Having told me to sit down she then proceeded to talk at length to another patient, who approached the desk, about his spiritual healing powers - apparently my medical information was not as urgent. On top of rude service I was not seen for an hour despite the reception area being almost empty. I highly recommend you visit any other GP drop-in than this.
Shame you can't give less than 1 star! The absolute worst doctors practice I have ever been to. It is impossible to get an appointment (I have been on hold for over 45minutes to be told to call back tomorrow. This happens 1/3 times). Every time it is a guarantee that the prescription is not passed town to the pharmacy and I have to call again to tell them to do so. The lady in the Pharmacy has actually told me they cause problems for patients and delay people getting their medication on time. When confronted the reception team have nothing to say for themselves. These are the MAIN issues with this GP, I could go on and write all the stories I have about this place but I think this get the message across.
Your be lucky for anyone to pick up the phone. even if they do after about 40mins sorry no appointments call back tomo.
Useless service. Nothing gets done unless you chase. Spent 45 minutes on hold to speak to someone, a week passes and nothing has been received by the pharmacy - sorry you have to start the process again.
