Dr Pamela Ashton is the best doctor, caring and kind and always takes the time. The reception staff (reception manager in particular) have been great throughout COVID, good communication and patient despite my frustrations. Unfortunately, my experience with every other GP here has been shocking, they gatekeep services and have worrying god complexes. There is a serious risk to black patients as they do not seem to recognise or be aware of very obvious skin issues, and so repeatedly misdiagnose. I felt that I was ignored, patronized and belittled here. After repeated begging I eventually was referred to a specialist who diagnosed me correctly within 5 mins.

Great clinic with even better professionals. After calling up yesterday evening to make an appointment , I was already on the phone to the doctor no more than 30 minutes later. I was requested to come down to the clinic for a test where I was seen in less than 10 minutes of arriving. Dr Gerard Hughes made me feel at ease straight and helped me understand anything I wasn't clear on. Also the man on reception who I spoke to on the phone and got me in to see the doctor so quickly was really pleasant and friendly too.

Always able to get an appointment on the day; telephone or video call, which is great. The GPs I have dealt with have been professional and very helpful. All round, great service and standard of care.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr Hughes this morning who helpfully arranged to see my in person the very same afternoon after investigating the issue at hand. Very efficient and professional service!
