It was worth the wait for an appointment. Everyone from reception to podiatrist were helpful and friendly. The podiatrist was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. He explained everything to me and showed what was going on in the scan. Altogether a refreshingly pleasant experience

Dr Shaikh was very polite, attentive, friendly, he listened to everything I had to say and offered me some great advice and further treatments. I had a referral from my GP for my shoulder in March and within two weeks received a letter from MSK to book an appointment. It took two weeks of calling three times daily plus two emails before I could finally get an appointment. Reason given was there were new systems installed which caused the delay. I had my first consultation in Eltham in May and I must admit I must admit I was impressed with the environment and the clinician i saw was awesome. Had my second appointment four weeks ago and was referred for physio. Had my physio yesterday (27/08/19) and saw Jade who was exceptionally good. The receptionist at the centre Grabadoc was very very helpful. Keep up the good work guys.
