Struggled to find their product in any of the major Supermarkets this year, found out that that they deliver direct. Placed an order and it turned up 48 hours later. Best charcoal on the market. Customer Service and Delivery experience excellent all round. Will definitely use again.

We use this company all the time and their customer service is diabolical and quite frankly just rude. They double process orders then blame you for it. They advise you of cut off time, then when you call within that they state they have a 'stock audit' and so you have called within the the cut off but can't get it anyway because they are busy doing a stock take. They do not value their customers and even when you state you will look at other suppliers they have this incredible arrogance that they just don't care.

Unbelievably rude delivery driver. For the sake of the companies Bosses it happened at 12 midday today 29th November 2018 and the driver was a bald man. Refused to move his Lorry on the middle of a public road, got aggressive and hurled abuse a me when I asked him to move his lorry. He was delivering to the Turkish Restaurant Veyso in Collier Row, Romford.
