We went there on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The place is nicely decorated with traditional items and decorations, staff are warm and welcoming and we didnt have to wait for a table, waiters are attentive and happy to help. First thing we have noticed was prices per plate on the menu are around 2 to 5 higher than prices advertised on their website. There is a 10% service charge, which is not optinal, service charges are acceptable for a booking of large number of guests, not every single person should be charged service charges. but when the food arrived, portions were large and plates were nicely presented. Fresh Nan was tasty, but their kebabs were standard nothing special, they were not something you would remember and worth the journey for. Their Khoresht was the worst, Khoresht Fesenjan is my favourite and I have had it from many persian restaurants but sadly it was so bad I couldn't eat more than 3 spoon of it as was so oily, and it had pure/mashey texture and there was hardly any chicken inside it. Also Khoresht Bademjan had only one slice of Bademjan inside with a two pieces of lamb and sauce tasted as it has been from a can. An advice please review your Khoresht recipes, the ones that we ordered today we couldn't eat more than few spoon of it. One star for decoration, warm welcome and fast service.

One of the best Persian cuisine I have ever tried, the authentic “ Persian Gastronomy” if your fed up of eating always the same sort of gastronomy all the time! Try something different, I would totally recommend it!

So the place itself is a little bit strange. They have carpets/rugs draped over the walls and chairs as well. It just didn't seem the most clean of places. A few little annoying flies buzzing around which spoilt the atmosphere for us. The food was average to good. The Mirza Ghazemi which is a staple of Persian restaurants was poor. The lamb kebabs were really nice but the chicken was not good. Portion sizes were very good as is the service.

Takeaway in lock down, service is fast and efficient. Pesian grilles and stews served with huge portions. Flat bread made on order in the shop! Complimentary soft drink with your order. Tahdig rice is nice and crispy. Don't order too much one portion is generally enough for two!
