My parents have bought their furniture from here for years. Recently I've bought a lot. It's well worth the trip. A massive showroon with a lot of different ranges. Staff are always friendly and helpful (normally deal with Paul.) Very competitive prices, always beat other prices I've been given for the same item. As someone else has already pointed out, local customer service which goes a long way. The delivery staff are also great, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Some of the bigger stores in West Wales could really learn a thing or two from Hafren. Llanidloes may be a bit out of the way (approx 2 hour one way for us) but I'd recommend the trip to anyone. The only complaint I have is that we always ended up buying more than we intended

My new bed was delivered on Wednesday 1st July. The delivery guys were extremely professional, they adhered to the covid rules to the letter.
