Been paying for the subscription flea treatment service. At first it was fine until the formula stopped working. I'm now in the position of taking my cat to a vet due to a reaction to fleas. I'm going to be cancelling the service, and I refuse to deal with pets at home anymore. The staff are clueless and sound like they've memorized fact sheets with no real understanding.

My dog looks worse now than before she went in for her groom. Worst cut I have ever seen. She was still damp coming out of there. We definitely will NOT be returning.

Take my dog there all the time. Yes its pricey but it is pets at home. My dog always come back happy and smelling lush. All the girls there are lovely and I'd rather take him there than any other groomer

Our dog had the worse cut we have seen, they her skin then said it was there before the cut. It was uneven underneath and her face cut was also uneven. Paid 46 for that and I would happily have a refund if they offered. Found somewhere half the price down by pembray for only 28 for our other dog amazing cut and service.

Took dog there, had some form of chemical burn in her eye because of whatever detergent they were using. Eye became ulcerated and needed antibiotic treatment costing a further 70
