Today the staff went above and beyond expectations. There was some delays on getting the work done, I wasn't in any hurry and once they got done they gave me a free oil change, car wash and cleaned my interior. The service department has always been friendly and professional. They called me with a friendly reminder on my appointment, which I greatly appreciated also. There was a young lady working in the Buick Service area which was just fine but after the servicemen finished taking care of our vehicle and it was parked outside the dealership as is routine, we waited at least 15 minutes and no one came to tell us our vehicle was finished and ready to go. Finally we went to the service area to check on what was going on that they were not telling us our vehicle was ready to go. One of the gentlemen in the service dept checked on the situation and he said the lady left to go to an personal appointment and did not let the other dept workers know our vehicle was finished. If we had not went to check on the situation, it is hard to tell how long we would've been there waiting for someone from the service area to tell us our vehicle was ready to go. This was not a customer friendly way to treat a regular customer. We have been going to this dealership for a number of years and this has never happened before. Otherwise they did a great job of servicing our vehicle and cleaning it up.
The Body shop did an excellent job on my repair. Only took them a couple days. Always can count on Sid Dillon!! Thanks.
