Ethan and Troy were great! I had been looking for my 'dream' car (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) for years. Finally got rid of the mini van and it was time for mommy to have her car! I called Lexus of Lincoln on a Monday and had the car in my possession by Friday. We live two hours from Lincoln and I was worried about the distance, but the experience was seamless. Highly recommend!

Went in without a clue as to what I wanted and left with a Lexus and an appreciation of how buying a certified preowned auto should go. Kudos to Nick, the sales person at Lexus Of Lincoln that made it all happen with absolutely zero pressure and with his highest priority being my 100% satisfaction. Nick took the time to ask what I wanted in my new Lexus and gave me everything and then some. He also took the time to show me how everything works so that I can enjoy my new Lexus. Worked with John Vigna that helped me buy an awesome vehicle. He is very straightforward, responsive, and easing to get along with. No-pressure sales all the way. Brand new showroom with a 700K car on it. Went there to buy a locking lug nut wrench for my ES300. There were 3 possibility's so they told me to take all three and return the two that didn't work. I offered to pay but the manager told me not to worry about it until I got back. This is the kind of service that does not exist anymore.
