Given 4 stars as we are still waiting for a new front window since September when purchased new and radio which was not in caravan Not their fault as I know the factory was closed and then opened for a short while but I do feel worried as we have used once so now counted as used I really wish we had waited and purchased when everything all ok and nothing needed doing or replacing. I feel rather deflated as I am worried that we will not get things replaced/done. I am the worlds greatest worrier and have never dealt with this dealer before so fingers crossed. I still love the van though

We've just bought out first caravan from here. Can't comment on after sales or service. However the Sales team are wonderful! No pressure, really friendly and offering loads of advice.

Hi, I would normally give a higher rating to Brayford; as I have dealt with them for years, however on this occasion there were very few vans to view and I couldnt gain access to the shop when I needed to and had no time to wait. Although a 3 star its not a negative rating only lower than normal due to circumstances at the time of visit. I was being honest as these reviews should be and constructive not vindictive as some are!

Absolutely brilliant service from James and the Team! As first time caravan owners the assistance we received was invaluable. From making sure we were fully informed on our brand new purchase to advice on what accessories we did, and did not, need to providing excellent after care service. Every member of staff is very helpful, friendly and really knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to assist us.
