we visited the showroom on a saturday during the pandemic to look at vehicles on forecourt. We called on sunday morning to view a certain vehicle and was available to view in 30 minutes as not on site. We bought vehicle and was very pleased with the car and the service.

I recently upgraded my Ibiza with a gentleman called Gregory Puntrello at the Letchworth garage and I can't stress enough how great the service was! Gregory assisted me through the process from start to finish and was extremely helpful, professional and patient with me. I had very specific things in mind about what I wanted and was also working to a budget but he went above and beyond to source my perfect car (even down to arranging the black rims that I wanted) well within my price range. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the process and I was very grateful for his patience. This is my local garage so I always come here for services etc. and have always had great service from the team.

This dealership is over an hour drive from me but due to Seat limiting Cupra models to only specific dealers, this was the closest I could find that also does Cupra servicing. I have ordered my new vehicle from them and had some specific requests regarding my part exchange. They valued it sight unseen (from photos I provided and my perception of its condition). On the day I brought it to trade they gave me the full value offered. I was honestly expecting them to find some reason to lower their offer. Thank you for your integrity. They have a beautiful modern facility and I am looking forward to my future dealings with them ! Thanks Glen, Tom and team.
