Maria Davies at RBB has to be the most professional and honest business woman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is professional at all times, she is incredibly courteous and polite, she has given us no end of advise about the local housing market and the processes involved along the way. Nothing is too much trouble, Maria would always assist with even the silliest of questions, she is always obtainable and would always give us updates along our house buying journey. I would recommend her as our estate agent of choice time and time again.
I have recently been looking in the area for a property and have been registered with several estate agents in the area. I was very impressed with the RBB team, in particular, Michelle who was very pleasant to speak to and also very proactive during our search. It was a genuine pleasure to deal with her. She arranged several viewings and was very knowledgeable about the properties. If things go wrong with the purchase and we need to revisit the market, she will be my first contact.

From our initial meeting with Maria, who leads the team magnificently, we gradually got to know all the other members of the team who each performed their roles to the same high standards. A positive and professional experience right from the start of a house search through to the final purchase (in the event via a different estate agent, which was outside our control and one chosen by the house sellers'). All staff at RB&B were helpful and friendly; we had most contact with Jane Bingham, on the telephone and when viewing properties. Jane's balance of realism and enthusiasm throughout the five months of our search was really appreciated.
