Even without a global pandemic this branch of Asda Pharmacy has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. If I was a mystery shopper this branch would score so low the manager would get a reprimand. Service:- appalling. No acknowledgement from staff busy chatting away behind the dispensary area. Its okay you carry on. Its not as though I haven’t got anything else to do. When they do serve you it’s though your a hindrance. Waiting times:- very long. up to 48 hours for none urgent items. Electronic prescriptions are never ready when you call to collect even allowing waiting time. Common items often out of stock meaning more delays. Things have got much worse since the Sainsbury’s Pharmacy closed. Obviously much busier less staff.

Quick and efficient with friendly pleasant staff, which is not always the case for Asda pharmacies. Avoid the Robin Park Asda pharmacy in Wigan if you possibly can, they don't even try not to keep customers waiting too long, they act like you are a nuisance for needing to be served and I've certainly never seen them smile at Robin Park so stick to Leigh it's much better.

Saying prescription has been collected when it hasn't, so I requested emergency prescription from my docs because I was short, and then when my partner went for it they game him the one that they swore I'd already had!!!!
