Been with absolute for nearly 3 years and the service, products and staff are excellent. Machine is really easy to use and any problems we have had(only 2) have been dealt with immediately and professionally. Ordering and delivery of products is quick and easy and the office staff are always polite. Highly recommend.

The WORST place to ever get your coffee machine from. We bought our coffee machine through them but via a finance company - so technically we owed them nothing. Anyway, before purchasing, they promised the world, free servicing, call outs etc. They did absolutely nothing. From the rude staff to the dodgy angry owner- all were liars and got angry if you pointed out the contract. They are scammers with dodgy coffee machines. They ignored our emails. They will NOT fix your machine if it breaks and charge you for every single call out. Even their own suppliers don’t like them. So if you have a particular coffee machine in mind - BUY directly from manufacture- not them. I repeat NOT THEM.
