The continuity of excellent care our mother receives from iCall Care is positively heartwarming. The well supported carers, with their genuinely caring, kind, gentle and warm approach, show my mother respect and compassion, to which she responds accordingly. Their visits are truly uplifting. Together with management, the carers have developed a very positive and effective relationship with our mother and her family. Excellent communication with all concerned has facilitated this. We thank the management and their team for all they are doing to ensure my mother's needs are met and that she is safe, comfortable and extremely well looked after. Thank you!

My mum's name is najma she has been working in icall care for 6 years now and she loves it here.Mo and Salma are very caring and understanding.the hours are really good and my mum is always praising them.just want to say thank you for all your support and for looking after my mum...I would like to give them 5 star rating.
We have used this agency since July 2018. We have found the Carer’s to be very caring and respectful of our needs. They are understanding and listen carefully to our requirements. They are reliable and always on time. Personally, I am very happy with services and I would recommend this agency for those who need in their home.
My aunt has been in Care for last 4 years by I Call Care. She had previously different Care Services, but I Call Care is the best . The carers are very friendly and caring. My Aunt is diabetic, but since I call Care care for her she has been free from diabetes medication. She has a strict food chart followed. The management always give a feed back of any issues. I would recommend I CALL CARE for their services. It is the service that counts.
The staff are so caring and wonderful. They have looked after members of my family as if they were their own family. They are also so accommodating and cater for every individual need. I can’t thank them enough xxx
