All I want is a simple quote for a water pump replacement. Not so much to ask is it? Say they'll call you back.... but don't..... then when you call back an hour later, put you through to the wrong departments, who then route you back to the start, then the woman you get to speak to for the third time puts you on hold indefinitely. ....

Swift and professional purchase, lovely car and detailed information about the car provided leading up to the final sale. Linda the sales executive was very polite and helpful throughout, met the branch manager Chris as part of the exchange which was a nice touch. Follow up call to make sure everything was ok and said contact us if you have any queries going forward. Would use this dealership again!
