I was going to wait until after my wedding to review so I could post a picture but as it’s been delayed due to Covid I’m writing this now. I had the most wonderful experience at Bradgate brides, Jo was an absolute delight, so friendly and so knowledgeable. My budget wasn’t huge but their sample rail is perfect and I still got the bridal boutique experience. I have been to places like Wed2Be but this was a much better experience and I found the dress of my dreams!

This place is incredible, its been a whirlwind of emotions from start to finish and every time I go I look forward to seeing Jo and the lovely Karen, even all the staff I haven’t met but been in contact with his email (all so so accommodating) how anybody can give this place less than 5* baffles me because not only has Jo battled on through with me to find the most perfect dress, she really has fought to the end to make me happy, she’s not only amazing and passionate about her job, she is a fantastic person, inside and out, she’s the most likeable person I’ve ever met, all at bradgate brides are amazing, even if I haven’t met them all they have helped me so much and never given up on me, even though I’ve given up on myself recently! I am so thankful to have found such an amazing bridal shop that holds the most stunning dresses, most caring and thoughtful staff, I have a personal connection with the shop, with you all and I am so so so grateful, it must be known, they have gone above and beyond for me even when I don’t deserve it! This place is more than a bridal shop, I feel I have made friends and it’s much more than just a dress transaction, I will never forget this ️
