Jeff was my Service Advisor that took excellent care of me. He immediately came “to my rescue” when I needed my Abigail looked at. Abigail for those of you who don’t know is the name of my 3500 Ram. I ordered her in 2016, Laramie, manual transmission, sports appearance package, waited 2 months for her to be built.......just so you know, she’s my everything and I will keep her forever! (Sales guys already tried calling me to trade her in! Lol...) She was having electrical issues. I dropped her off on a Wednesday, I was updated regularly by Jeff and was able to pick her up on Friday. I came Saturday morning to get her, I had further questions about everything that had happened......That’s when I was introduced to Isaac the Technician (he happened to be out looking at other vehicles at the time) He was very detailed in everything he had initially diagnosed on my Abigail and gave detailed steps for me to make sure Abigail ran right after replacing a 250 Amp fuse (in 0 degree weather!!) I’d like to add a part where talking directly to a technician was very beneficial for me. I was able to ask specific questions and was answered immediately and it was great to get immediate insight and direction and next steps to care for my 60,000 truck. Bottom line, I felt warranted, I felt comfort and I was very much taken care of. I’ve always felt that the experts are at this dealership and I still stand right! Please tell Isaac and Jeff specifically THANK YOU for taking care of me and answering my questions. Everyone stay safe and warm and thanks for everything!! ️

Quincy (Q!) was great at answering my questions I had after looking at their online inventory. He even gave me a call back a few days later to let me know the car I was looking at was still available. Our car salesmen, Jack, was always quick to answer our calls and questions during our entire purchasing experience. After our purchase, Daryl was a breath of fresh air with his personality compared to other financial officers we've dealt with in the past. Overall, we had a great experience!

i wasn't going to buy a car unless it was what i wanted !! We drove in and noticed right away that they had 4 different Chrysler 300's. Well i told Nathan the salesman that i have been looking for about 4 years for a good deal on a good car. Well i found that car today! I thanked Nathan for all the work he did for my wife and i . We spend about 3 hours and then drove away in my Chrysler 300 sport AWD Nathan was a really nice guy has a cite little girl and a cute puppy French bulldog THANKS AGAIN
