Favourite shop in the town. The shop is always clean and tidy and the staff are amazingly helpful.
Not bad.
Telephoned the store to save a wasted journey asking if they had a specific item in stock told yes. On arrival did not sell that item and quite obvious staff did not care just pointed out a similar item and shrugged their shoulders.
Very poor customer service, staff didn't want to know and couldn't be bothered to help
