Our LIAC lawyer, Faith, has been amazing, initially helping my wife to apply for and obtaining permanent residence and then helping her to obtain citizenship too. His knowledge of the laws that are involved and the rules around the applications are very thorough and have been extremely helpful. Any questions I have had in person, via email, or over the phone have been answered in detail and explained in layman terms understandable even for me who is not versed in legalese. I would highly recommend him and the LIAC if you are making any immigration application, there are a great number of pitfalls, some not obvious at all and counter intuitive, which we would have definitely fallen into to if it were not for the knowledge and advice from Faith. We went back to ask him to handle my wife's naturalisation application even though we had moved city and now live in the south of England! Definitely worth it! We now have peace of mind for our future in the UK.
