A fun and friendly club, with plenty of teams to meet different abilities. Nice social side too! Closest club to me and very glad I have joined.

By no means the biggest club in Surrey, what Leatherhead Hockey Club does so well is bring together local players and give them a friendly environment in which to play hockey. Players range from ex-university students, mums, dads, returning athletes and those that just fancy a runaround which means just about everyone fits in! Being local and community run means less travelling and cheaper fees for members which is always a bonus! (In fact, this is the cheapest club in Surrey!) The teams are reasonably competitive without being aggressive or too demanding on extra commitments outside of games and weekly training. There is also room for those more new to the sport or juniors coming up to join in and improve on their game. Well worth joining if you're looking for a welcoming hockey club that doesn't take itself too seriously but puts in a good game of hockey!
