We had a really good experience diving with Brizacores. Did two dives in the morning with them. The staff is really friendly and we felt that the experience was both personal and professional. What stood out was that the whole time we didn't feel like we were just another customer for a business. We would without a doubt go with them if we're diving in Pico again.

Had a great dive with José in early November. Dive was booked last minute in the late morning for later in the day. José met us in town and was accommodating, knowledgeable and professional, and quickly got the dive organized. We did a nice, casual shore dive with great visibility that was precisely what I was looking for. I would dive with Brizaçores whenever returning to Pico.

Contacted this shop regarding a liveaboard trip. I was initially given the courtesy of a response with dates and some basic information, but afterward the owner stopped responding. Multiple phone calls and emails were ignored - behavior I'd expect from a teenager, not a professionally run dive shop. The owner's wife even picked up and said she'd get him to respond to me, but I was never given that basic courtesy. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in my book, and in some sense I suppose I was done a favor since I don't think the way I was treated is indicative of the type of business at which I'd like to spend my money. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Nous sommes deux jeunes plongeurs ayant récemment validé un niveau 1 en France, et avec assez peu de plongées au compteur. Sentiment mitigé pour notre expérience avec Brizacores. Les deux sites de plongée étaient dans des marinas avec mise à l'eau depuis la côte, peut-être adaptés à des niveaux vraiment débutants. Toutefois les consignes de sécurité et briefings étaient corrects pour ces plongées. Au-delà de ça, nous regrettons le manque de dialogue avec nos instructeurs, en dehors de la plongée. Certes ils avaient des sorties l'après-midi mais sont partis déjeuner sans même un petit mot d'au-revoir à notre attention. C'est également le seul club qui a refusé une petite remise sur la location de matériel (nous avons loué uniquement détendeur et gilet). Tous les autres clubs ont réduit la location de 5 à 10. Côté commercial moyen donc surtout pour des débuts dans l'activité. C'est en conclusion notre moins bonne expérience sur les deux semaines de plongée aux Açores.
