Lovely striped carpet on stairs and landing, but unfortunately really poorly laid. Chunks of carpet missing at the sides and stripes on landing not in line with stairs. Asked the gaffer to come and rectify or replace. He promised to come back to replace, but never heard from him again. Store always shut even when not in lock down.

Proper chuffed. Had my carpet fitted today by L &P carpets, arrived when said an got straight on with the job. Could not fault anything he had done at all. Sorted my carpet in the front room which had a few issues. Very polite guy & Everything done to a high standard. Recommended to anyone an will use again. Many thanks
