Dr Patel is extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and explains testing/findings in full detail. He ensures you have full understanding of your health and answers any questions/concerns you may have. His staff is amazing. They address you in a respectful manner and explain paperwork/copays, etc. There was a bit of a wait to see the doctor but it’s totally worth it. It only means that he is giving the previous patient the same amount of courtesy and treatment that he will give to you. His staff is very good about keeping you updated. Will definitely see him again if/when needed and would definitely recommend him.

He has been a good Dr. For my mother, but 1 1/2 to 3 hours behind for these virtual office visits is ridiculous.

Dr. Patel is great. I give a low rating because when it comes to authorizations being sent in for medical equipment, return calls in a prompt fashion, following up on open issues, and remotely convenient appointment hours... it's severely lacking. Insurance companies are tough to deal with, but I just made a call myself to resolve an issue that has been open for 4 weeks now... it took about 10 minutes to fully resolve. I find that the source of the issue was a failure for a medical authorization to be sent in on behalf of the doctor. The score reflects the results thus far.
