I have donated to BioLife for about a month now and it has been such an incredible experience. When I started donating back in November they were doing the amazing \up to 700 for first month of donating\ special. And I almost donated enough to earn that much which was HUGE for my finances during the Christmas season! My wait time on more than one occasion was pretty lengthy but I think that's understandable considering the great bonus that was going on and the fact it was the holidays and people were probably looking to make extra cash. Anyway, the BioLife facility is in sparkling condition, the staff are very friendly and caring, and the whole experience always feels safe and professional. And donating plasma is such a great cause! Do it! Donate!

The last month I’ve been donating here, the wait time is over an hour and a half BEFORE I’m even stuck & donating. (I donated for years at their Wells. Branch location. Never have I had this long of waits times). They need many more staff members to help this location run smoothly. The staff they have are great, but they need help! They will continue to lose donors if this doesn’t change. Just want to help people to plan accordingly before they come.
Today was my first donation. It took a while, but everyone was great. Mel was extremely vibrant and friendly. I was having a lot of issues with my account and I was informed that their system was having technical difficulties today. They apologized and helped me out. Luna set my information up and explained to me the process, which I was pretty nervous about. I had also called after my appointment and luna was friendly and sorted out my payment issues. Everything was extremely clean and thorough. The center was really busy and there was a lot going on but the staff handled it well and was friendly.
David and his team were super helpful and thorough when explaining the process of 1st donation to me. Every single employee was very easy going and looked genuinely willing/wanting to help. I had a bit of issues donating my plasma because of physical attributes on my end and the team was very quick to calm my nerves and help me understand that I just needed more water. Great location and comfortable environment.
I get people just do their jobs, but what’s really annoying is when you call ahead and explain your situation. Then show up to be told you needed XYZ to “re verify” your address or account, when you weren’t told before hand on the phone. I wasted the time to show up just to leave for nothing. Overall the staff is sweet, this place is clean and things do run smoothly.
